It takes immense courage to admit when you are struggling to hold everything together. Whether you are dealing with self-doubt, chronic stress, postpartum depression, or past trauma, you don't have to carry it alone. I provide a safe, warm, and encouraging space where you will find support and never judgment. As a person with ADHD, a mom to two neurodivergent boys, and a military spouse, I know how hectic life can be. I also have worked with special needs populations for many years, and caregivers are very dear to my heart. I promise to be your biggest cheerleader as you navigate the peaks and valleys of life. My approach is deeply person-centered and down-to-earth. I integrate CBT, mindfulness, and EMDR therapy to help you process difficult experiences, learn practical daily strategies, and build resilience. Outside of therapy, I’m an Army spouse of 18 years, a mom to two growing boys, and a handler to two naughty dogs. I love all forms of art, music, pilates, hiking, food (preferably carbohydrates), and (last but not least) coffee.
