I'm Abi, a Christian faith-based trauma therapist. I work with teen girls and women carrying trauma, anxiety, and emotions that feel too big to manage. I use EMDR to help your brain finish processing what it got stuck on, no need to narrate every painful detail, along with DBT skills that give you something concrete to actually do when the feelings hit. As a Christian faith-based therapist. I integrate Jesus into our work and allow the Holy Spirit to move. One way I do this is through prayer. I pray for you before, during, and after our sessions. I will never force you to engage spiritually in a way that makes you uncomfortable. I follow your lead. What you'll get from me: warmth, zero judgment, and a space where you don't have to perform being fine. In-person in The Woodlands/Spring, virtual across Texas.
