I believe therapy can be a place where you feel truly understood, included, and supported as you navigate the experiences that have shaped you. Life can bring moments when we feel hurt, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next. Whether you are healing from a breakup or infidelity, navigating a major life change, struggling with communication, or simply feeling stuck, you do not have to work through it alone. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families as they navigate relationship challenges, family dynamics, communication, and transitions in life. I have a particular interest in helping clients work through the pain that can come with changes in relationships, including breakups, infidelity, and rebuilding trust. My goal is to help you understand your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and create new meaning from the chapters of your life. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I also support clients who are carrying painful experiences that continue to affect their present lives. EMDR can help people process distressing memories and experiences that may contribute to feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected. This work can help create a greater sense of understanding and healing, allowing difficult experiences to become part of your story without continuing to define you. My background in community case management has shaped my passion for helping people develop practical coping and emotional regulation skills. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I primarily draw from Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and EMDR, tailoring our work to your unique experiences and goals. I believe you are more than the challenges you are facing. Therapy can help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that make you feel hopeful, capable, and full of life. I am committed to creating an affirming and inclusive space for clients from all backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ individuals and families. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling heard, empowered, and more connected—to yourself, your relationships, and the life you want to create.
